Hadron Spectroscopy

With the accumulation of new hadron states from new generations of experiments, more and more hadron states are found to be difficult to be accommodated by simple quenched quark models. In this project, we will systematically study various hadronic states by extending the classical quenched quark models to include multi-quark components, i.e.  to allow for the and mixings for mesons and baryons, respectively, within the newly developed unquenched quark models. Complementary, two other phenomenological approaches – QCD sum rules and AdS/QCD - will also be applied to investigate properties of various hadronic states.
